January 23 was held the meeting of RFU Dispute Resolution Chamber on which the following decisions, relating to Premier League clubs were made:Forbid FC Volga (Nizhny Novgorod) to register new players before the moment of payment of available debts on a salary to players L. Salukvadze, G. Gogua, M. Mysin as well as to PFC Spartak-Nalchik (Nalchik) for transfer contract of footballer N. Malyarov.
